The hotel location is good. Near many shops and malls. My room was clean but had some deficiencies. The window was a square hole with bars covered by shudders on the outside and only drapes inside. The balcony door is made of wood which has such a large crack in it you can see outside through it. Needless to say the outside noise level was very high. You will need ear plugs. The TV remote power button didn’t work so I had to unplug the TV when going to bed. Also there were no cable channels, only over the air local channels. WIFI worked best in the hallway. Im the room it worked good at the door but in the rest of the room it constantly cut in and out. The cabinet for clothing has a mirror front on one door that was broken with a large piece missing. Luckily the aircon worked very well to overcome the window and door issues. The front desk staff weren’t bad nor were they good. I will say that the gentleman working when I needed laundry done was able to get mine done the same day even though I dropped them very late. Thank you sir. The cleaning staff were/ are the best thing this hotel has going for it. They were very friendly, helpful, and spoke English more willingly than the front desk people. I wish I could say better but I just can’t.

Book with plenty of notice

I had booking with city view and say so on booking ,but when get there put in room With no windows at all,smell a bit fusty at first because not enough ventilation,I go down to reception to complain as not got what I had booked on show confirmation stating city view and balcony, Reply was only other room with this is single bed,no use to me 2 Adults 1 child, I booked day before for this room but when confirmation is different to what you get is wrong

숙박시설이 오래돼서 청결하지. 못하고 에어컨이 제대로 기능을 하지못해서 선풍기수준.숙박비도 직접와서 예약하는것 보다 십만동이 ㄷㅓ 비싸다 여러번 나뜨랑을 왔지만 이곳은 큰 불쾌감을 줬다.

從酒店往機場車程一小時,酒店清潔度高,床舖舒適,可惜無熱水及水力非常弱!朋友住8樓洗澡中途無水!員工友善但不太懂英語,自助早餐可接,步行往芽莊大教堂約5分鐘,食市約2分鐘,Nah Trang Centre 約20分鐘.乘的士往占婆塔或龍山寺很近,除了水糟糕外其他是可以的.

Flott rom, dårlig bad

Generelt var hotellet veldig bra med gode priser og fine rom. Dessverre hadde vi en del problemer med badet som trekker ned helhetsopplevelsen. Sluket var halvveis tett og det tok lang tid å fjerne vannet fra dusjen. Det var også ingen separering mellom dusj og resten av badet, så det ble mye vann på gulvet og toalettet når noen dusjet. Det var også kun kaldt vann i dusjen når jeg skulle dusje. Litt senere kom det noe varm vann, men jeg endte uansett opp med en kald dusj. Totalt sett var egentlig alt bra med hotellet - bortsett fra badet. Dersom jeg var uheldig med badet er dette et flott sted å bo, ellers ville jeg funnet et sted med mer "stabilt" bad.
