VERY misleading. This hotel states that they have luxury bedding, down comforters, Egyptian cotton sheets, and a pillow menu. NONE of these are offered. BEWARE if you get a king suite with sofa bed, the sofa bed DOES NOT include ANY BLANKETS OR PILLOWS, only a sheet. My children traveled with us and were cold the entire night. We were told to speak with Josh the manager and he stated “there are no blankets available or offered for the pull out beds”. We had to go to Walmart to purchase blankets, pillows, and tooth brushes/tooth paste (because we forgot these) even though the website states that these are available upon request. The pool was foamy and tiles are extremely slippery or lifted near the lounge chairs, be very careful. Also NO BUFFET BREAKFAST! Continental at best. Waffle maker with no batter. You had to choose between 3 apples or stale cereal. No buffet as advertised online. In addition to all of this, EVERY SINGLE LINEN was dirty or stained, towels, rags, pillow cases, etc. and we found dried up roach/bug body parts on 3 linens (we rented two rooms). Each time they “replaced” the sheets, there were bug/roach exoskeleton on the sheets. They just throw the bedding on the concrete floors in the laundry rooms and the floors are gross in there. I contacted the hotel and Orbitz to at least return the money that was spent at Walmart to supply our own bedding, hygiene products, and breakfast since all of these were supposed to be available through this hotel. Disappointed
