The hotel lobby is beautiful and surrounding area nice but our room was older with older furniture that had scratches and dents as well as the headboard. The window in the room faced out to a brick wall no decent view. The refrigerator did not work. The tv remote control was not fully functional, The water during shower drained slowly. Could hear the guest next door thru the vent. Do not think carpet was vacuumed. Room looked low quality and overall experience was below average but was only there for one night and was too tired from drive to complain about moving to another room. Rooms need to be updated,

We had no free breakfast, it was not quite. Very loud in room next door and people making noise in the hallway. Did not rest well. Let's not forget people knocking on my door. Never got our room cleaned. Had to ask the front desk for clean towels and washclothes. Very disappointed stay

Staff was professional, facility was well-maintained. The room was large and clean, but the bed was hard and the AC, loud enough to disrupt sleep. Also, the property was crawling with security. Some might find that reassuring; me, not so much.
