Had a room with no remote , they literally told me to come back and get the remote in the morning at 9am. When my checkout was 11am. So I sat in a room with no remote all night , NO TV at all.

I don't recommend

Virtual check in was different. Elevator needs Jesus. Bathroom was ik but tub needs replacing and the touch up paint job was 2 shades lighter than the original color. Bathroom faucet was too short so water went all over the place. Pillows were flat. Thin walls and LOUD neighbors.

For the price this hotel was ok, the room was clean and there was no noise or disturbances, there was no room service but stores and restaurants are very close by.

I booked two nights and wanted a refund for the second night because the bed, pillows smelled like body sweat! There was no one at the hotel just a computer and I immediately contacted them first thing in the morning. I was told that management had to be called but couldn't call them until 11:00 am but that if I wanted a refund I needed to be out by 11:00. I checked out at 9:00 am to go to a funeral and they never called me back. I called today and I won't get a refund. Do not go here!!! If you do check the bed first thing.

The hotel was convenient from where I needed to go but I didn’t like the smell or look walking in. The room was missing a remote and staff tried to fix but it never worked. So I didn’t like the fact we had to stay with no tv.

There was no receptionist, it was a screen with a webcam with someone checking me in. The whole transaction felt sketchy and I didn’t get the king size room I booked. It was smelly and unsafe so I instantly left to find a better hotel.

The staff was very helpful when our TV wasn't working and when we couldn't figure out our AC. They even helped with our toilet and cleaned and replaced our towels while doing so. And our light under the microwave needed to be replaced too. I thought you guys provided things like silverware, plates, cups etc... but I was wrong. I wish we'd still had a lamp or some kind of light at or near the dinner table as it's too dark for me. The only other thing is the 50 dollar deposit when checking in. I almost didn't have it. Thank goodness you took cash. I like this place though and hope to be back.
