The Outlook Inn was quaint and located close to the downtown area, but far enough away that it was quiet. The delicious breakfasts varied each morning and were cooked and served to each guest. The staff couldn’t do enough to make our stay enjoyable!

I cannot say enough good things about this property. The location is key right near the water area shopping of Bowen wharf. We checked in and Ashlee gave us a ton of recommendations and was literally the nicest person ever. So friendly and just so nice. Parking is a little ways down the street, but you can unload your bags and then go parking and go straight to shopping or dining. There’s a quaint little rooftop that you can sit on and enjoy your breakfast or even something you brought back for dinner. The rooms are so pretty and the colors are so calming and coastal like. Definitely would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful stay here. The rooms are super clean and newly updated. Very safe and quiet neighborhood at night. The innkeeper does a great job and is very friendly. The free breakfast was awesome. The only downfall is the parking, which is offsite.

Lovely old home that had Ben perfectly renovated. Elegant, great bed, amazing breakfast, view from deck overlooking the harbor and staff was helpful.

Excellent B&B with Fantastic Location

Stayed in room 8. It was a great B&B, with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The breakfast each morning was fantastic. They provide parking at a nearby parking lot, which is amazing because parking in Newport is expensive and hard to find. The best part was the location. Such a short walk to Bowman's Wharf and the rest of Thames street.

Great location for points of interest and restaurants. Morning complementary breakfast was amazing.
