Great 2BR villa with fabulous location in downtown Newport. The facilities (pools, movie theatre, gym, etc.) looked nice but we didn't take advantage of them as we were only there for a couple nights.

A great stay! Didn’t communicate with host at all, but we also didn’t have a reason to. Place was perfect: great location, amazing amenities, and space was awesome for our family! The concierge did try to get me to go to a timeshare thing of sorts, but we didn’t attend. He was encouraging but not relentless. Def wouldn’t deter me from staying here again! We loved it so much!!

Rooms were adequate. Very worn furniture in lr and uncomfortable. Beds and pillows were comfy. Location great. Had a few problems with checkin…miscommunication on what bldg we were in after dragging all our stuff , get to the correct bldg and keys didn’t work. Place was clean but tattered in my opinion. Price made it worth it.
