Great location on dead end street. Good parking. Very quiet neighborhood. Two living areas, one up, one down. Kitchen is adequately stocked. House was clean; bed in the downstairs bedroom had wet sheets so that’s a disappointment. The showers need noon-slip mats in them. One of our elderly guests skipped and fell in the shower. No tissues boxes anywhere. The house easily handled all our guests.

The property is lovely. Location couldn't be better. We would recommend living room furniture upstairs be swapped with downstairs. It should be noted that there is no walk in shower downstairs. There are some little things that need fixing, but it appears that owner is aware and working on them. (Sliding door downstairs bedroom, Refrig water dispenser, island counter granite falling off.) Nothing that distracted from our stay.

Large, roomy home. Plenty of nice furniture, beds and baths. Fairly convenient to town and beaches. No beach access (up on cliff), however short walk to an overlook, which when not foggy, you have a good view of the lighthouse. Could have been a bit cleaner for my taste.

House is great for multiple people or multiple families. Plenty of space for everyone to hang out. We had to buy a can opener because the electric one provided did not work. The pot and pans are in rough shape. I would bring your own. I would also bring something to clean tough dishes. They provide a sponge, but no scrubbers.

Small issues but mostly great

Beautiful home with lovely furnishings and amazing bathrooms. The home was mostly clean with an issue with one of the beds but reached out and they were responsive immediately. Prices were wonderfully reasonable. The things to do in the area are a blast! Highly encourage stopping at Hatfield Museum and picking up the Oregon coast quest book. Then comb it for scavenger hunts in the area. Ripley’s was a huge win for the whole family.

Big House

We had a group of 7, ages ranging from 8-60. The house had plenty of space and areas to break into smaller groups or gather together. This house was much larger than the pictures represented. The furniture had some damage prior to our arrival, I sent photos to the property manager, but didn’t have too much response. The recliner upstairs was broke. In half. Also, the chairs in the living room were very uncomfortable. There isn’t immediate beach access, but there is a beautiful trail leading to a viewing point and easy access to other beaches in the area. This house js located in a convenient location, close to stores and attractions.

Calm time at the beach

House is at a great location, it has been treated unkindly. Sad to see such a lovely home in need of repair. Recliner upstairs is unusable, couch has spring hanging out at top! Downstairs heating duct is torn up, couch also. Coffee carafe handle is split, not enough silverware for the five people we travelled with and one of those was a toddler!

Beautiful home!!

Love this home close to everything. The only issue I had was there needs to be more curtain in the bedroom as sun comes up at 5 when I’m still sleep and the whole room was so bright that it woke me up. Also there some things broken there.

Lighthouse visit

We came to visit Yaquina Head Lighthouse. The house was great plenty of room for everyone. Nice kitchen and well stocked, comfortable beds.

Not clean

This house had not been kept up with at all. There was dog hair everywhere. Things that hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. Lots of stuff was broken including a chair to sit in. Dishwasher didn’t work well and had mold in it. Just very out dated and not kept up with in the slightest.

Nice place

We enjoyed our visit. Lots of room. Kitchen was good for meal prep. I had to wrestle with the racks in the dishwasher each time I cleaned up. It was difficult to get hot water in the showers, though we enjoyed the large bathtub. We would definitely come back.

Few updates needed but great overall.

We really liked our stay at the house, the kids loved the upstairs rooms and loft space. We found a few pieces of trim that were loose or falling off and the bathtub drains didn't drain very well but that was really the only issues we had. The kids loved the basketball game in the garage, wish it had worked but they still loves shooting hoops. Great house, great location-so close to the beach
