Great house, great location!

We stayed 9 nights in October to visit our son who lives in Irvine. It’s exactly as described and a great location-a short walk to fantastic ocean views and restaurants! It’s centrally located to many other places/activities. The owner’s recommendations for activities, sight-seeing and restaurants were great. It was really nice to have garage parking although it is not for large vehicles but perfect for our convertible rental. There was a good supply of beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc. although the weather was a little cool during our stay so we didn’t actually use any of it. While the bedrooms were a little small, they had good closet space for clothes and luggage. We had a wonderful time and will definitely stay there again for our next visit. The owner was quick to communicate with us after booking and kept us informed leading up to our stay. If we had one suggestion, my husband said he would love a gas fire pit on the patio. Highly recommend!
