The host sent instructions through a separate email and took many requests to be received through the app. The place itself had lightbulbs missing, one laundry pod and the management staff was informed via text, phone & email with photos of the issues (stuck drawers, missing bulbs & one laundry pod). The units do not connect, though should. The flooring is vinyl and cheap. The management company just asked the same question and got the same answers and was acting as if it was a bot. I’ve been using vrbo for years and this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had.
