We booked a family room,with double sofa bed, the room size was adequate and beds were comfortable.i would have liked the option to add an extra pillow to the bed, no spares in room. The room didn’t feel as if it had been well cleaned, we found someone’s bra on the floor. Tea a coffee facilities were basic and cups needed to be washed, definitely an area which needed addressed. No fridge in room, this would have been a welcome addition, with having children. It’s a self check in reception desk, I wasn’t a fan of this,someone did come out to assist found the girl quite abrupt. Leisure facilities were good, staff there helpful.

The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. All departments were exceptionally pleasant and professional. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My only slight concern is that the room locks are slightly temperamental. Very good value and will be back

I'm beginning to really dislike Village hotels.They're a hotel right? So, you'd expect that if you turn up after 9.30pm, due to thats when you're flight gets in, you'd be able to get some food. At least room service. Hell no, Plus the breakfast really is very poor.

I traveled 4 hours to get here for my sons sport event and spent 2 days when I arrived the door on my room is damaged the handle and lock fell of and injured my hand I told staff they said they would sort it out no one has bin to see me at all or fixed the damage door I have took pictures of the damage and my injury the put me in a room right above the gym were rave music stars at 745 wakes you I work hard and wanted to relax the again 745 on a Sunday woke up banging rave music I am very un happy

Won't be staying here again. Room was fine and whole place was clean, but the full blast music from the gym classes at 6:30am which you could hear really clearly in the room wasn't appreciated.
