Great location for the football fan

The hotel is located next to St James's Park, so ideal for going to the match, and across the road is the Stack, which is open to the public, and a fantastic experience with lots of street food booths and bars. Great atmosphere on match days but get there early. The hotel is comfortable but lots of external noise from the Stack. The breakfast at the hotel was disappointing, typical buffet selection but the the bacon, sausage, & black pudding was over cooked and tasteless. The reception staff were very helpful.

The towel smelled liked pee and toilet paper was already used by someone the room was not clean at all I saw other rooms they had bigger tables and better space than mine at the same price
