My property is managed by Pass The Keys a professional co-host of Airbnb. The space Large newly built 4 bedroom detached home with driveway in a quiet family oriented estate, overlooking a pond and golf course.
Large secure garden with grass and patio to the rear, kitted out with two garden sofas, a fire pit, large parasol, and large gas BBQ.
Living room has a Sony Bravia OLED 65” TV with a top of the range Sony home cinema surround sound system.
Kitchen/diner has all Siemens integrated appliances including a double over, large induction hob. All the usual appliances, toaster, kettle, microwave, and a De’Longhi coffee barista machine. A large extendable dinning table with comfy leather chairs, and a breakfast bar with leather stools.
There is a utility room with a separate washer and dryer, and an additional sink.
Finally downstairs there is a toilet.
Upstairs the master bedroom has a Sony Bravia TV, an en-suite, wardrobe, draws, and views overlooking the pond and golf course in the distance.
The guest bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite, wardrobe, and full length mirror.
The office room also overlooks the pond and golf course, has a desk, ergonomic chair, monitor, laptop stand, printer, and a deluxe double sofa bed.
The dressing room has another deluxe king size sofa bed, dressing table with mirror, full length mirror, and plenty of wardrobes and draws.
The main bathroom has a large bath with a rinsing shower. Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the home apart from two storage spaces upstairs which are padlocked. Guests also should not need access to the garage. The wifi box is located in the garage but please contact me to gain access. Other things to note CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
