The lady on reception was lovely, her name Larysa and she upgraded my sister and I to a prestige room with dressing gowns, slippers, a king size bed, complimentary drinks in the fridge, chocolate cinder toffee and a coffee machine, lovely touches and thank you so much!

Breakfast was not served at the time we allocated on the food passport we left outside of our room on the door before collection at 8pm, This happened through out our stay here, and we had to call for our food, every single day!!! We booked an insane amount of money for a room without a view, we got sent to the back of the hotel to observe the dirty roofs every single sunrise we spent there When we checked in the first day, the toilet was unflushed Our first stay, which was in December, we realized after a very hot passionate night that the bed they assigned in our room was two single beds joined together to deliver the illusion that it was a king sized bed, which was even smaller than a regular double by the way, which kept splitting in two, despite all attempts to sleep comfortably, we couldn’t!! I am starting to think this is a poor attempt at a racist rage bait!! We would like to be treated with better hospitality, and more attention the next time we check in.

The room was fine. Every morning at 4am staff would walk the corridor, talking loudly and letting every fire door bang, which there are a lot of on the corridors. No staff on Reception fir check out for me to share my complaint with, attempted visiting Reception 3 times before I left and still unable to speak to a member of staff.

We booked the superior room which was lovely and very good value for money. The only thing that let it down was that the bath was filthy. We didn’t have breakfast or use any of the facilities but we did order room service. The food was very nice and arrived hot and well presented. The lady on reception on arrival and checkout wasn’t the friendliest which was quite disappointing. Overall a pleasurable stay but could have been perfect if not for the dirty bath and unfriendly receptionist.
