Great hotel, great location. We stayed for 3 nights and this hotel is excellent. Very clean and comfortable. 10 min walk from the train station, around 5 mins from St James’ park. Will definitely stay again. Reception staff very friendly and helpful.

Location was good, room was clean and functional. However room was not serviced when specifically requested. Bathroom had no shower gel. This was replaced when reception informed. However staff stepped over dirty wet towels to do so but didnt replace towels or service room. Arrived early and asked to store bags, were given option to check in early as room ready. When said that would be great, wanted to charge £50 even though room was ready.

Good location, comfy room

Stayed here for two nights.Good location in Newcastle close to all local amenities. Didn’t really get to use any of the hotel facilities as we were out all day/night but all looked very good. Room was nice decent size, serviced daily. Staff were friendly. Arrived early and room was ready so that was very good.
