Should definitely be given another star by Hotels.com and rated as a 4 Star hotel. It gives 5 Star quality and service. Shame no pool but If thats all thats stopping them being a 4 Star hotel its a bit hard in my mind

Beautiful Hotel ideally placed for visiting The Sage Centre. Fantastic comfortable room, great clean bathroom, tea and coffee offerings were good. Only downside £23 each for a breakfast is crazy compared to other hotels. So we ate out lol.

Service in the bar and restaurant was excellent. Parking is disappointing. Expensive and not suitable for larger cars. Valet parking is overpriced especially when staying multiple nights.
