Great hotel for City break

Sam on reception is very friendly and helpful. Bar is nice and overlooks Quayside. Club room had good bed and sitting area to take advantage of the panoramic view of the Tyne. Breakfast was good qith plenty of choice and onsite parkjng was secure and really handy. Only negative isbthw bathroom which is dated. Shallow bathrub is difficult to get in and out of. Location perfect for city and Quayside and taxis easy to book from reception if needed.

Lovely stay

Lovely stay. Huge room overlooking the River Tyne. Great location, lots of bars and restaurants near by. Breakfast not brilliant and finished quite early, 10am on a weekend.
