We did spend one night in here and found it simple, neat and well organized. The apartment had all basic amenities and the environment was quiet enough to rest. Also the host was very responsive and helpful as well. A few fittings need some upgrading but overall the guest house is okay. Overally the stay offered value for money, and I would consider returning.

We had a pleasant stay at Jacinta's apartment. The space was clean, cozy and nicely furnished, with everything I needed for a comfortable night. The host was friendly and easily reachable, and the check -in process was smooth. My only issue was the slight noise from a night club nearby. Overall it was a great experience and value for money. I would happily return.

We had a great night stay at the apartment. The apartment was clean, comfortable and just as described. The location is serene with public transport within, making it convenient for getting around. There was a brief issue with the water supply in the apartment building, but Jacinta was responsive and worked tirelessly to get it sorted. We felt well taken care of and would definitely stay there again next time we're in Newcastle
