Very quiet, right beside the lake absolute waterfront, the verandah is 9 meters to the water's edge, off street undercover park at the entrance door, fish off the lawn, parking for boat trailer available, walk to Royal Motor Yacht Club and town centre, magnificent views across the lake

Beautiful cottage in a wonderful location. Cottage was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Malcome and Penny are amazing and made our stay very enjoyable. When the weather wasn't great we could relax and read at the bay window overlooking the lake, and when the water was calm cought fish straight from the back lawn. Highly recommended!

As soon as we walked in, the view from the large picture window was amazing, with extensive views of the lake.The outdoor setting was practically on the water's edge, and a lovely spot for relaxing.A 60 second walk took us to a pontoon where the fish were biting.The only sound we heard at night was the sound of the water lapping.A lovely place to unwind.
