Beautiful newly built apartments -- super clean- had everything we needed. About 15-20 min drive to UF but out of the way enough to feel peaceful. Perfect family trip to Gainesville

Our stay was awesome! It’s perfect for a family and we will definitely be back for our next visit to Gainesville. The apartment was clean, with a kitchen that allowed us to keep beverages and snacks. If we had wanted to make meals, we could have, though the restaurants in the area were great, so we did not. The staff was incredibly responsive and accommodating. The amenities were beautiful: pool, pickleball court and gym. I can’t emphasize enough what a great vacation this made for us!

The place was exactly like described! Our place was clean and quiet. John the onsite manager was very kind and responsive. The check in and out process was seamless. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return! Note: Because the property is fairly new your GPS may guide you to turn right, instead the place is located on the left and the name of the property is called Vanguard.

Great location our event, near grocery, gas, restaurants, coffee shops and near the express way. Lots of space and very helpful to have the washer and dryer in your unit! John was terrific and very helpful making sure we had all we needed. You can’t go wrong with this Property.
