Kitchen was fully stocked for our chef to prepare a delicious meal. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was centrally located for the wineries we wanted to visit and the property manager communicated very well. Would stay here again!

The house/manor was amazing! We had five couples (10 people), each with our own room and comfy bed. The house is stunning and has fantastic features from the hot tub, to the gazebo to the indoor basketball court. Everything is amazing and would highly recommend for your next trip to our beautiful Willamette wine country!

Great, we needed six bedrooms for three couples and three singles, plenty of bathrooms, awesome kitchen, sitting inside and outside. High quality amenities, decor, appliances, beds, etc. Spacious and comfortable, great hot tub. Pool table, awesome location to taste wine in Willamette, plenty of restaurants, loved Painted Lady and La Rambla, and Domaine Drouhin, Rex Hill and Sokol Blosser not to be missed for wine tasting. Thanks much, highly recommended. Jim and The Wine Posse.PS very difficult to get TV's dialed in, some rooms including loft apartment above garage no closets (nit picking)

Great Spot for Friends!

We were a party of 8 that came to Punkin Manor after a cruise on the Columbia River. The location was great, close to lots of wineries and restaurants. The kitchen was tricked out with all the right utensils, pans and gadgets. The yard was rooming and quiet (and we happened to be there when the lilacs, wisteria and daffodils were in bloom). The bedrooms all had comfotable beds and nice linens. The bathrooms had plenty of towels, bath tissue, hair dryers, and shampoo/conditioner. The hosts were responsive to any questions we had. One of the best things I can say is that it was just as pictured, actually better than pictured.

Fantastic House

We were a family of 9 staying at this beautiful home. The house was as beautiful as the online pictures. We had a great time. Questions were promptly and politely answered. Would definitely recommend this rental and hope to be back one day!

Beautiful place but not well managed

The home was beautiful and great for large amount of guests to have their own space as well as all together. Unfortunately the property was poorly managed. Our number one requirement with a travel home is a fully fenced in property. We have small children and sometimes take our dogs as well. In the listing it said that this was a fully fenced in yard though upon arrival we could not shut the automated entrance gate. When we contacted the property management they said it should automatically shut on its own. When I explained it did not and had been open for hours they said they'd look into it. After not hearing back I thought I would investigate further. I took the plannel off and noticed that one side had no power but the otherside did. I sent pictures and told them I believed there was a short. They thanked me for the extra information and said they'd pass this information along. They then got back to me saying the gate had been broken for months and their team knew this. I said this is unexceptable as we just arrived for our long weekend stay. They said they understand and will escalate this to higher management and they would call me in the morning. When no one called I messaged saying so and they said they will call me on Monday. Its now Friday and I still have not received a phone call. No follow-up no care. This was an extreme disturbance to our daily routine making more chores than relaxation. I'm shocked and disappointed, this was false advertising.

Gathering of friends

Punkin Manor ie perfect for any large gathering. My friends and I (ten of us) just used Punkin Manor for our quasi-annual get together, and it was perfect. It had everything we needed for cooking, entertainment, or just lounging around. The hosts were very accomodating and easy to contact as well! I cant say enough about how much we all enjoyed our visit at Punkin Manor, and highly recommend it for anyone having a large gathering, family reunion, etc.

Great Stay

This property is amazing! We were in for my nieces wedding and had several family members from Texas, Oregon and Boston come together at this property for 4 days and we were all just blown away with the comfort of this home. Would recommend this property to anyone staying in the area.

Definitely a five-star property

Beautiful home and grounds. Felt like we were at a resort and our family were the only guests. With a hot tub, basketball court and pool table, there was plenty to do. The fire pit is great for roasting S'mores and the gazebo is a very charming sport to have a cocktail. The grounds and water features were lovely and very private. The house is beautifully decorated and includes a bathroom for every bedroom. There is plenty of gathering space too in the kitchen and family room. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back in a heart beat.
