Multiple areas of the house description are incorrect. House is poorly maintained.Pet Freindly - Industrial strength rat poision scatered thoughout the house with free exposure to pets and children. The same with glue mouse pads.Kitchen - dirty sliverware and oven. Used coffee in coffeemaker with burnt remains in carafe. Insufficent plates, cups and glass for guest, 4 coffee mugs/ 6 glasses.Bathrooms - polished marble floors are very slippery. Basement bathroom shower couldn't produce hot water in shower. Hot water extremely hot because of small tank.Hot water heating is controlled by old thermometer in utility room with boiler on the back of the door. Majority of base boards aremissing covers and full of dirt and garbage.Multiple internal doors don't close because of settling or warping.Multiple light fictures missing blubs of covers.

The place had so much space that made it perfect for our family. There is a bedroom downstairs with an extra living room that allowed privacy. The home was located in a quiet neighborhood that felt safe. It was close to stores and the Elizabeth train station that took us into NYC.Jean was exceptional and communicated very well. He was very helpful with our stay. Highly recommend.
