I requested for a late checkout and it was agreed that I checked out at noon. From 11.00am, multiple staff kept calling my room phone and knocking on my door. It was so so annoying. There should be better coordination between staff so that not too many follow up calls are made. You can do better.

They never gave me a receipt after I physically went to check out and asked for one. They asked for my email and said it would be emailed to me. When I got home and checked my bank Statement they charged me a 50. "Deposit" as well as the $205. That Expedia told me would be the total. I'm calling them today to see what that Bogus Charge was for. All I did was sleep in the room...Not cool at all

This Holiday Inn in Clark, NJ, is staffed by very helpful, considerate, and professional staff. In particular, Bahrat, Cassandra, Nayisha, and general manager Kathleen. The room was comfortable, and had honestly the most comfortable armchair Ive ever sat in. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
