RUN. This is the worst hotel in NYC. Of the 20 places I have stayed in over the years for work, this one wins. There is a 30-40min line for the reception counter at all times. The shower in my room has a rip in the glazing that when accidentally stepped on releases the most horrifying miasma. They did NOT accommodate a room change. Instead I was asked to “tough it out” for another night. Please please please do not book this hotel.

Guest service lady was great. Forgot her name but I remember she’s from Jamaica. My only issue is the room didn’t have bath soap shampoo conditioner or even a bar of hand soap.

Our room that we booked wasn’t available. And we ended up into two different rooms. And when our rooms were finally ready one of the rooms weren’t even clean. When we asked to get the room cleaned it seemed it was an inconvenience for the staff.

check-in the front desk staff has a major attitude problem, and like you are bothering them. The bathroom sink backed up overnight, and they tried to blame it on me. There is a reason why this hotel is much less than hotels around it... stay here at your own risk

The property is under renovation so I gave it 4 stars for facilities and condition as they are continuing to work on that. The staff at checkin was extremely friendly and helpful. The room is large and has a beautiful view. The hotel itself is perfectly situated!

Rooms were clean. A little dated but nice. Great location to time square, Central Park and Rockefeller center. Staff was amazing. Very friendly!

Just NY standard hotel

I was in floor 22, and construction in the hotel wake me up 4 day’s at 6am and it didn’t stop until 11pm. Yesterday elevator wasn’t working so I had to walk up 22 floors with packages

Elevator was so loud behind the wall of our room. We couldn’t sleep. We ask staff to change a room , they didn’t

The room was dirty. I asked for it to be cleaned again, it was not touched. Unfortunately we will. Ot stay here again.

I have stayed here a few times and always have had a good experience. Location is fantastic and the price is usually better than other options nearby. Rooms are clean and staff is friendliness. Hotel is a little dated but nothing that makes me consider other choices if the price is slightly better than other hotels I have stayed at in the area.

Never could reach anyone at the front desk. Some of the staff was rude. Rooms are so outdated they don't have accessable plugs.

For $550.00 per 1 night we were expecting way more than what was offered. The hotel is in a great location, but the building needs a lot of maintenance. The A/C was not working and there was no refrigerator at the room. Bed and pillow are too soft. In summary, very unpleasant stay.

Kepoikai, it's regrettable to read about your experience. If a reserved room wasn't immediately available, that's far from our usual standards. We understand the disappointment with the cleanliness issue and assure you it's not the level of service we aim to provide. We take your feedback seriously and will ensure our team members strive for an improved guest experience. Your satisfaction is important to us and we hope to get another opportunity to better serve you in the future.Brendan MoraesManaging Director
