The room was clean, the hot water and bathtub were amazing! Staff were super nice and helpful and location was great! Two blocks from Central Park, 2 minutes from subway and away from the craziness from Times Square but 5 minutes away from subway. Perfect location! We definitely will be staying again!

I loved the upper west side location. Fun eating options abound. My room was pretty large for New York City and nicely appointed. I didn't have much of a view but at least there was a little garden on the landing. The lobby is elegant and a nice place to meet up. Overall, a solid choice.
