This hotel is in a great location. The rooms are good sizes for NY hotel rooms. The only complaint was an elevator was out so the waits were long. Would definitely return and recommend.

Staff were very friendly and inviting Rooms were a great size and clean. Came with a fridge and microwave Great room view Elevators were a little slow. But we did not mind. Room was a bit dated but comfortable. Very convenient location easy walk to the subway and attractions. Elevators are another story very slow and dated. There is no breakfast included just tea and coffee with some bars in the morning. Overall for Manhattan good value for the money!!. Shout out to the staff who work very efficiently. My only suggestion is to renovate the rooms and elevators.

The hotel is in a fantastic location and the rooms are a very good size for a mid-town hotel. It was good value for the money - however the hotel is in major need of a few updates. The beds are old and the bedding itself was lacking. The comforter was so thin it felt like you were sleeping under a towel. The in room TV was also dated (not that anyone is going to New York to watch TV). It has so much potential to be an old charming boutique hotel with a few updates. We didn’t even realize the hotel had a bar/restaurant until our last night there as it is not visible from the lobby!

We arrived at 12:30 to check our bags, told to come back at 4 because room wasnt ready. Ok. No problem. Bathroom was dirty and dusty. No soap, no shower curtain. Floors throughout had bot been cleaned. Tv didnt work. Decorative bedding was disgusting. Hairs of previous people everywhere. When getting fresh towels it took an hour.
