As other reviews have mentioned, the air conditioning was completely non-functional. It was 79 in the room when I arrived and only got down to low 70s because I opened the windows.

First room we got, the heat didn't work, the bed sheet had stains on it, the toilet was dirty and the tv was not working. We tried to call and the phone didn't work. Had to go downstairs 3 different times for them to change us room. Second room same thing, tv didn't work and shower was dirty.
