The location of the hotel is pretty good. The bad aspect is the property looks old, the lifts looks old and there is NO TV only streeming that some days do not work. The people from the front desk were not kind. The people from the front desk offer me a taxi with a fixed rate of USD110 to the airport and the taxi driver at the airport charged me USD120. Why ????

Check in was a bit clunky and after the 4pm stated time, but other than that staff was fantastic and the room was great. Bed was a double rather than a queen, and there was construction about 4" away from our window at 7am haha, but hey it's New York City baby!

What a lovely hotel. Great location and reasonable pricing. Staff were very welcoming and the included grab and go breakfast consisting of coffee and pastries is perfect!

The hotel televisions did not work! The receptionist said she didn’t know when it would be restored. According to the tv screen it looks like there was no service since Dec 12! Really??? They should have informed me before I checked in….I would have stayed at a nearby hotel for less. Very disappointing!

When we checked in, the lady was very rude. Hotel is very old. Room was small and smelled. TV broke our 2nd day and never fixed even when we notified staff. Do not recommend.
