Despite being in Times Square, the hotel was very quiet! It's walkable but near various public transportation options. Several restaurant and entertainment choices. The staff was kind, helpful and informative. The rooms were clean and the size was what we expected for an NYC hotel room. The downsides were no refrigerator or microwave and the price was a bit high, but I'd definitely stay here again!

Staff were great! Room was small but clean and enough space for 2 people. Unfortunately, the walls were extremely thin and you can hear the cleaning ladies starting at 7 am so you can't sleep in. The windows were also thin - heard everything outside even though we were on the 18th floor.

Here’s a polished version of your online review that balances praise with constructive feedback: --- ⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3 out of 5 stars) The location was definitely a highlight—just a couple blocks from Times Square and one block from 5th Avenue, which made exploring the city super convenient. However, the valet parking service was disappointing. We paid $75 for one night, which is steep, and still had to wait over 45 minutes to get our vehicle back. That kind of delay really put a damper on our experience. If you’re driving in, be prepared for a long wait.

Really good property- free bag check if you arrive before check-in and want to go explore. Friendly front desk staff. Only complaints is that the beds and linens are not comfortable, the beds feel like metal springs and the sheets are scratchy. But the room was clean and the bathroom excellent. No view- just a brick wall. Breakfast is very expensive, but there are plenty of options nearby. Very walkable area, and easy to get a taxi or uber.
