I came from NC and I come to New York once a month and always stay in this area but never knew about this place,it was comfortable and spacious everything was just like it said it would be

The hotel didn't send me the code to get in. I spent more than an hour calling the hotel and nobody answered the call. Finally, when someone answered the phone, she transferred the call and nobody answered. I called ORBITZ and ORBITZ could not contact the hotel. I went to other place and I am waiting for the refund. There is not staff at the hotel. It is a self service hotel. Also it is difficult to find the hotel. The address is not clear and it doesn't look like a hotel. I had a terrible experience outside of the hotel for more than two hours with a 40 degrees temperature.

So where do I start…. The front door code don’t work. The front door man works for the resident building not the hotel. No service at the hotel. If you need towels or tissue etc. you have to call a line. Weed smell all Over. Rooms are nice but that’s it

Building /property is new and very, very nice. Elevator DIDNOT work (Welcome to the Bronx!). Parking is NOT free in the back of the building. It's a super tight squeeze to maneuver to get Into the parking location. Elevator didn't work, we had to walk up the stairs. The property is split into 2 halves, residence's on the left with a doorman and the "Hotel" on the right(small lobby the width of the door, almost. Room is very, very nice. Had a balcony and it was nice too. I would go again to be honest and park elsewhere.
