When we checked in the hotel seemed ok till we got to the room. The room was a very, very small there was barely room for our two luggages but that’s expected in NYC. The major problem was the room was very hot, we turned on the air and left to explore the city. When we got back later that night around 11:30pm it was still hot so we called the front desk and they said there’s no rooms to switch you too and they can’t have anyone come look at it i’ll tomorrow. we sweated all night long the next night was worse they said they fixed the problem so it was semi cool when we arrived back to the room but it got progressively hotter as the night went on and guess what the service guys couldn’t come till the next day ..it was so bad like we had the heat on ..so hot that i woke up and threw up in the middle of the night from overheating. it wasn’t till the third and final night that they finally could switch our room and we finally had a cool night after two nights of sleeping in hell like conditions …we wasn’t the only one that had this problem either , every time we went to the front desk there was a few people with the same complaints…..beware of staying here if you like sleeping in a cool room

We had a room with a toilet that didn’t work and were forced to use the lower lobby hotel. They sent someone to fix each day but they were never successful. We were there for 5 nights. They did not offer a room change until the night before we checked out.

I was very disappointed with this hotel. 0 stars. The door to the room had exposed wood like someone was trying to break in. The shower and wall had stains. There was an issue with the elevator where it wasn’t accepting the floor that I was going to. There was no functioning ice machines. The staff wasn’t really friendly. No one gave a brief overview of the hotel upon check in. Not to mention how small the rooms were. There wasn’t a microwave or fridge in the room. Overall, I would not return. The best thing about this hotel was the location. And even that were filled with persons who looked like they were under the influence of substances.

Check in time is 3 pm. We reached hotel around 4.30 pm. They made us wait till 5.30 to give our room. Made us wait in line twice even though it's their fault. AC was not working in our room. Called them 5 times, came down to complain 2 times till the issue was resolved. We were given a fan to sleep through that night. And was offered 50% off on that night but that didn't process either. Overall rude and unreasonable staffs. Had to wait 15-20 mins for lift everytime both morning and evening. Overall very worst experience. Wouldnt recommend.
