The room was clean. And quiet. Beds were super comfortable. We were only there at night as we were out and about all day and we had absolutely no issues. Loved the location on the upper east side. A few blocks from a subway station. It was in a safe neighborhood. Only complaint: Could have used more electrical outlets in the room, especially at the nightstand for nighttime charging of devices and one next to the large mirror for curling/doing hair while the shower is in use. Also a mirror above the desk would have been convenient.
