We enjoyed our beautiful oceanfront unit and will hopefully be able to return soon. The owner was gracious beyond after we experienced poor handling/communication by our rental service. I will rent again at Errol but will find a different agency to rent from than Sentry.

The unit was perfect for us. Very nicely furnished and very clean. Sentry Management staff was helpful and kind. We didn't like the construction of the beach wall - often extremely loud and the cranes often blocked our beach view. We realize that only the hurricane can be blamed for this situation! We hope to return next year!

Rated good but there are actually 2 ratings - Excellent pertains to the condo size, outstanding oceanfront view, updated kitchen and fantastic location of Errol by the Sea unit 326. Good rating pertains to the need to improve: a) king bed mattress in the master bedroom (too soft for those with back strain), b) carpet in living & master bedroom -- both are stained & look dirty and c) sliding doors are VERY difficult to open for senior renters like ourselves. Otherwise, our stay was great and hope to return to Errol in 2023!!

Unit Needs Updating & Deep Cleaning

This unit has a great view. Sadly, the owners have not kept it up and it was very dirty. We visited the complex with multiple friends, and every other unit was in much better shape as well as being nicely furnished. This unit needs new carpet and a serious deep clean. It has way too much wear and tear. The beds were very uncomfortable so we ended up buying a foam mattress topper that we left there. The pictures that are on the listing for this unit are deceptive. The place was not up to standard, especially for the price. The ice maker made loud clanking sounds, the dishwasher did not come close to cleaning the dishes, and the air vents were disgusting. We had to clean them ourselves and change the air filter. Had we not been there with other families, we would have left. Very disappointed!

Great Customer Service

We had a few maintenance issues to begin with, however, the folks at Sentry were quick to respond and issues were resolved. The unit could use directions on how to use the TV system (for us non-techy folks lol), however, the ultimate prize is the location and the balcony. The view was perfect and the balcony chairs were so comfy!!!!! Again, the customer service from Sentry was awesome.
