Welcome to Unit 516!

This 5th floor top level condo has the best view of the ocean. Relax and enjoy the completely unobstructed view from this top floor direct oceanfront condo on a car free beach.

The condo has a 65 inch TV in the living room, a 55" TV in the master bedroom, and a 37 inch in the 2nd bedroom. The living room sofa has a queen trundle. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and a balcony. The guest room has a full size bed with twin trundle with bathroom in the hallway. In the courtyard area you have a large pool, kiddie pool, and shuffleboard.
Secure Wi-Fi is included with the cable service with over 400 channels.

Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided.

Terrific views!

You can’t beat the views from this patio however the bed and furniture was not the most comfortable, but it was clean and everything (all appliances) worked. The decor was welcoming and nautical, befitting a beach condo. We enjoyed our stay and New Smyrna Beach!

Had a great stay at Hacienda 2… wonderful communication with property manager! Can’t beat the incredible beach views, ease of access to beach and pool! The pool towels and beach chairs were very much appreciated as was the in unit washer/dryer. Only minor negatives were the floor was still a bit “sandy” when we arrived and there were no extra garbage bags… with only being there for 3 nights I didn’t want to buy a whole box of garbage bags so it would be nice to have some of those in the condo. The beds were comfortable and everything was in good working order! Would 100% stay here again and loved our stay!!

Great stay in New Smyrna Beach

This was our first time staying in New Smyrna Beach and we really enjoyed our stay at Hacienda del Sol II. It's in a nice quiet area, but an easy drive from restaurants and shopping. There's no driving on the beach in this area, which I prefer. The condo was very nice ... And the listing is accurate. We had a great stay and I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful beach get-a-way!

We loved the beautiful view of the ocean from both the living space and master bedroom. The bed was also very comfortable and we slept great which was important to us. The condo could use a few updates but overall we had a wonderful time and would go back again!

Was beautiful, condo, grounds and customer service! Shower in Master Bath held water, slow to drain the electrical outlet nearest the Master bath not working properly, I think.
