Overlooking the picturesque Barrow River and South Kilkenny, it provides a sense of tranquility that feels like a home away from home. Multiple supermarkets are within a two minute drive or a short walk. Staying in and making a meal in this well equipped kitchen with stunning panoramic views is a delight. Surrounded by a spacious garden of approximately half an acre, you’ll find peace and relaxation. Secure off street parking on-site.

Wow, what an amazing stay we had in New Ross! The house is absolutely gorgeous—spacious, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything you could possibly need. We loved cooking family meals in the kitchen, hanging out in the big back garden, and just enjoying the beautiful views from every single room.The location couldn’t be better—walking distance to pubs and restaurants, plenty of grocery stores nearby, and so many stunning beaches just a short drive away. After long days out exploring, it was such a treat to come back to comfy beds and hot showers.The little touches really made it special—like the easy QR code for the WiFi, board games for family nights, and how clean and tidy everything was when we arrived. The host was fantastic and always quick to respond to questions, which made everything so easy. Honestly, this house is perfect for a family reunion or a friends’ getaway. We loved every minute and couldn’t recommend it highly enough!

We stayed for four nights in June and it was perfect!Paula's communication before arrival was prompt and caring. The property has everything that you might need and more. Spacious and airy, the house is a short distance from anything that you might need. I can't recommend this house highly enough as we enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Amazing little spot

Easily the best Vrbo our family stayed in during our trip to Ireland. Great house that can fit a large group and host that made us feel at home. The town of New Ross is so cute, close to lots of attractions, and easy base to get to other towns in the area. Wish we had stayed longer!

Fantastic property

This is a fantastic property. The location is perfect and New Ross has some interesting sites and great restaurants. This property was very comfortable and extremely well maintained. The bedrooms were perfect and the bathrooms excellent. The owner’s agent was welcoming and even had sconces and tea for us. Overall this property is a 10+. We’ll return and recommend to family and friends!!
