Property is perfectly located between the activities we enjoy. Weeki Wachee and Clearwater are both reasonable drives and there is enough local entertainment to keep us occupied in the evenings. Honeymoon Island provides spectacular sunsets and you can still make it back to eat at the local restaurants on the river.

I loved the Cotee River VRBO property. Host was very friendly and put out a little welcome basket with some snacks and drinks. Room was very cute and comfortable. One of the best showers I have been in. I would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in New Port Richey.

Very comfortable and clean, perfect getaway beautiful scenic view from your room and the dock was great for fishing and launching the kayaks that were provided, Amy was a wonderful host

Everything as described, Amy was a wonderful host, having a dock was a plus for us because Anclote was 20 min away in our boat and the fishing was espectacular. Thanks once more Amy for letting us stay at your wonderful place

Did a staycation here and it was everything we hoped it would be! Such a cute and relaxing spot on the water. Not far ftom the quaint downtown of New Port Richey so lots of nearby eats/drinks! Would def recommend this spot and stay here again myself!!

Would definitely go back.

Great location, loved my Tiki room. Right on the river for fishing and kayaking. One of us actually swam. Quick access to the gulf if desired. Kayaks, cornhole, fire pit, and on and on and on!

Amy was a great Hostess, she was always available and very accommodating. We were there for a celebration of life so not a lot of extra activity. Would definitely book again!

My father who is very very particular could not find one thing wrong to say about his stay at the property! This is virtually an impossibility so when I say that not only the property is gorgeous but overall everything including the kindness of the owner and cleaning crew. The actual room was prestine and spotless! My father slept beautifully and everything was either like new or updated. My father also enjoyed the welcome basket. We will be rebooking in the future:)

Xmas escape

Was concerned as we arrived month or so after hurricane..was some finishing work going on ..but our unit was awesome.the yard and waterfront on the canal were amazing.despite the disaster amy had just gone through she was friendly and very cheerful.. we wish we could have spent more time there. We will go back .

Beautiful location

Beautiful little studio apartment with breathtaking views of the river. Extremely easy to find and close to restaurants and activities. The only potential downside is that the metal spiral staircase which could be a problem for those with physical issues. It was not a problem for us but we did have to carry our elderly dog up and down the steps. Otherwise our stay was perfect and we would definitely recommend

Great spot on the river

A fantastic and simple studio type apartment for a long weekend in the area. Excellent location on the river and an easy drive to a number of great spots in the area. Definitely a spot to save for the future.
