This is a fabulous hotel. I started my stay for two nights and extended three more. Very courteous and helpful staff. Rooms were quiet, comfortable beds and very nice sheets and pillowcases. Would highly recommend this place. One of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had.

central location , easy to get around . only the Entry and exit from hotel property is bit off the mark to add into the parking . in-room dining was good . room spacious , needed to have more bells and whistle in room in terms of refreshments , drinks , milk for tea coffee .

We drove to New Plymouth, on checking in we were told parking onsite would be an additional $20 per day. Last time we stayed there parking was free!!!! Secure parking onsite is part of staying in the hotel we thought. We got back late, no one answered the night bell to let us in and the swipe card to enter didn’t work. Had to phone them to let me in

A clean, modern facility with welcoming staff. The only downside is the hotel is located on a one way street which makes it difficult to access but this wouldn’t put us off staying here again.

Great central location within walking distrance to a lot of cafes and things to see and do. Also the staff were really friendly, professional and super helpful. Especially Celia (and another young lady) who helped us with a ribbon hold punch for a gift.

This hotel was pretty average. Rooms a little tight. Window views the parking lot. Had dinner at hotels restaurant. Lamb was excellent. Hotel parking wasn't very good. Shuttle buses blocked the entrance. No valet parking. Instructed to park across a busy street and remove my car by 8 o'clock next morning. Their were Tesla charging stations.

All the staff there, we found to be so friendly, efficient and very helpful. Thank you to the chefs in the bistro bar for the delicious meals. Steaks cooked to perfection. Clean premises and guest room. Carpet in our room, although clean, looked a bit worn and also the single chair in our room, the material was frayed at the armrest. However, the amazing staff there, made the experience 10/10.
