The basin soap dispenser was empty when we arrived and the shower soap dispenser fell off the shower wall while we were there. The electric blanket didn't work. However the staff member on reception was apologetic and very happy to help :)

Great location, clean and tidy unit. Only minor issue was the bed could do with a mattress topper to improve comfort and the pillows definitely need replacing. Would stay again.

N Island jaunt

Weant to watch cricket but that didn`t happen. Very relaxing stay, very comfortable bed and serviced daily. Close to Pukekura Park and walkable into town to visit the Shining Peak brewery. Good view of the mountain from the front gate
