The 5br/6ba spans over 3,400 square feet with an open floor plan that allows your group to hang out together while maintaining large private sleeping areas. The backyard and pool area are a dream - lush tropicals and huge swimming pool, you won't want to leave! Feel secure with the private gated parking for 2+ vehicles along with enclosed fence for privacy.
The Space:
Originally built in 1900, this home features preserved cypress wood from the original bones of the house, exposed brick fireplaces and restored pine wood floors throughout. You can feel the grandeur with 12-foot ceilings, golden accents, artist’s murals, and Victorian décor. The space is furnished with local New Orleans antiques curated for the right amount of Southern charm and comfort.
● Each Bedroom has a smart TV, Casper mattress, option of feather or memory foam pillows, and plush down comforters for a good night’s sleep
● 5 bedrooms comfortably sleeping 10 guests
● 6 full bathrooms featuring 2 clawfoot tubs
● Bluetooth speaker, high speed internet and central air conditioning

The property was perfect for us - our daughter got married in New Orleans and many of the family members stayed there. It was great to have so many bathrooms! Plus, she was able to get ready there and have some photos before the wedding - so many beautiful photo spots. Everything was as pictured and clean. I wish we had understood the area a little better before booking but it worked out fine. I also wish we had more time to stay to enjoy the nice backyard area.
