The staff at this hotel was amazing and did the best they could with horrible management. The hotel was incredibly short staffed and underprepared for an event like mardi gras. They did not have enough towels for their rooms, not enough valets to park cars. I saw maids waiting for hours to get to another floor with their carts when two of the three elevators broke. Despite all this, the staff did a great job and were extremely friendly.

This hotel needs to have a revamp. The waiting areas by the elevator were dark, room furniture is outdated. Poor customer service. Elevator not clean, they have 3 but only 2 was working and that included the service elevator. Asked for towels, never got them. Another red flag was that they lost the liquor license and claimed to be under renovation for over 1 year now. The place is much worse that last year.

The room was lovely and spacious and in great location. Sadly air con ineffective and left room feeling and smelling stale. You can hear all traffic noise and neighbouring rooms. When i arrived the hotel stopped all food and beverages would gave been good to know prior to arrival so alternative arrangements could have been made

The room was extremely subpar. Half of the electric sockets weren’t working. The sink in the restroom was constantly clogged, cabinets were peeling, and the elevator wasn’t working in one of the nights. The restaurant and roofbar were closed during our 4 day stay.

The room was fine overall but for me the beds & toilet seat were very low. They would hold our bags when we arrived before check-in. I'm assuming because it was Madi Gras. None of the their bars , food services or roof top lounge was open.

Throughout my entire stay, my room was not cleaned at all. In addition, only one elevator was operational for the entire weekend, which caused significant inconvenience. The air conditioning in my room worked inconsistently, turning on and off, making it difficult to remain comfortable. To make matters worse, the hallways had a persistent foul odor. These issues collectively resulted in a stay that did not meet reasonable expectations or the standards typically associated with your hotel.

It’s a nice looking hotel. Taxes and fees were almost 200 dollars. They put me and another group in the same room. Nobody came and cleaned or gave us new toiletries the entire stay. My cards deactivated a day early. And when I went to checkout they still had me listed for the wrong room.

Bishop was the absolute best. Can't wait to have another staycation soon. Rooms were clean. Short walk to the dome. Staff was so nice.

Disliked: Amenities
Valet parking was full. Parked across the street at a higher cost. Two elevators broke down and was on 9th floor and carry down luggage down stairs. Restaurant and bar wasn’t open during our stay and didn’t find this out after the deadline to cancel Room was ok Staff was great
