Stayed here for NYE. An old world themed hotel so uneven wood floors and each room appears different. Shower and bed was very nice. Very close to Canal St, Streetcars and French Quarter. Laz parking across the street was expensive but was convenient and easy to set up with smart phone

This is such a fun hotel with immense character and historic relevance. The rooms are clean, you are close to lots of sights, and the restaurant and cocktail bar offers a creative, ambitious menu. I accidentally took home the mini fridge key, so I will mail that back to y'all.

This used to be our favorite New Orleans hotel, but we haven’t received VIP upgrades the past three stays, and the staff was less than helpful. The night we checked in, the security guard had to find the front desk staff after we waited for 15 minutes to check in.

Great room, cool as hell building with a ton of history, the staff was amazing and always had a smile on their faces. Location is good, close to the French Quarter but far enough from the noise of it. Walking distance to all of the RTA stops makes the whole town accessible, make sure you get a Jazzy Pass on your phone. We did not eat at the restaurant just never made it but the food smelled amazing. The wife and I will be back and considering I have been coming to NOLA for almost 20 years I wish I would have stayed here sooner. Parking across the street is convenient and of average price for the area, valet is on par with other hotels in the area for price as well. The Art, the lobby seating, beautiful plants outside to greet you, and the lobby and hotel smelled great, what’s not to love.

It was alright, bed is extremely comfortable and the location is great. Hotel is nicely decorated and giving art. I didn't like the room at all. They gave us one without the window, which was a bit of a shock for me, I would never book a room without the window and it wasn't stated when I booked, all the pictures of the property had windows in the room so I found it very misleading. They never cleaned our room, which was another shocker. We had a please clean our room sign outside our room for the whole time and it was ignored. I saw other rooms had the same sign out and they also were ignored, so it's probably a thing there. Then I wasn't sure why we were charged extra $20 a day for some secret "extra services", where there was not even a water bottle in a room. I wouldn't stay here again, not up to my standards.
