Worked for what we needed
The area is safe and quiet. It is also very close to Magazine St. which was convenient. The kitchen was large and had seating for us to enjoy conversing. There is also 2 bathrooms which was convenient. There are some stairs to enter so if you have difficulty with stairs this may not work. The main cons for us were that the room with the day bed did not have a door and was an area off the living room with a large (double door) opening. So there is no privacy and if someone is in the bed you can't use the living room. Also the windows in the day bed area and the smaller bedroom had very shear drapes with no blinds at all. The water pressure is extremely low. It is low in the showers and in the sinks. For us the location and the price worked. I would stay again if there was nothing else available. You just need to adjust to the water pressure and the early morning sunlight. I looked for extra sheets to drape over the windows but there weren't any available.
