I had a wonderful stay at the Marriott New Orleans Elmwood location. The quality of the hotel was excellent, and the customer service truly stood out—staff were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. The location was another big plus, with plenty of nearby shops that made everything convenient and enjoyable. If I had to mention one small complaint, it would be the breakfast experience. It was lack luster and minimal, though a negative I really understood why, as the hotel was clearly swamped with cruise guests at the time. Aside from that, everything else was perfect. I would absolutely recommend this as a great place to stay.

I came down for a birthday weekend room was nice and clean up until we can back from a night out. There were roaches in my food that was left out on the table. While in the shower roaches were crawling in the shower. Also the sofa bed was broken. We was down on Dec19-21 I told the manager on duty nothing was accommodated. I was told they would give me points are accommodated one night nothing was done. Took me a time to write this review no manager or no one reach out to me. Would I stay here again definitely a no. The floors squeak at night I could hear the ppl over us as they walk through the night.
