This is a great property. It actually has four bedrooms and two full baths. Two of the four are attached to each other, requiring you to walk through to get to the other bedroom. It would be a great arrangement if you are traveling with children.The house includes parking for twi vehicles which was very helpful for us. The best thing about this property is the location. Located in one of the nicest neighborhoods in NOLA, so much is only a short walk away. We enjoyed Audubon Park, the Riverfront and Magazine Street all on foot. Also, there is a Walgreen's and Whole Foods around the corner.The host was communicative and easy to work with. I would definitely stay here again if traveling with a group.

The property is centrally located to Magazine Street which allows walking to many shops, restaurants and bars. The house was clean upon arrival and entry was easy. There was plenty of space for my family to relax and enjoy our stay.

The neighborhood was quiet and shopping nearby. We used the public transit for the majority of our stay which was a walk in either direction for the St. Charles streetcar and/or bus. Joey was very responsive but also respected our privacy.

This house is in an absolutely wonderful location within walking distance to everything Uptown! Our host was very responsive, the neighborhood is safe and lovely, there is off street parking, the house was comfortable and roomy, and the front yard was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the weather!

We really enjoyed our time here this past weekend. Excellent location, bonus off street parking, excellent communication with the owner, and plenty of space. Not knocking any points but just a note that it’s an older house so the back toilet had a loose handle, and we often had to take the back of the toilet off and fix the running water. There is also a lot of light coming in from the back bedroom window since there isn’t a true shade so bring a sleep mask if you like it pitch black. We will be back!

The house was clean and ready for our arrival. I really appreciated that there were lots of towels/washcloths stocked. The off street parking was super convenient. The location is ideal; we enjoyed several cafes, restaurants, and shops that were all within walking distance. Also, trips to museums and the french quarter were easy to manage.The house was pet friendly, and the whole neighborhood was super duper dog friendly. We are already looking forward to returning!

This was a great fit for our family! We loved the location and off-street parking. The house was comfortable, roomy, and quiet. The yard was perfect for letting our dogs out if they didn’t want to go far in the heat. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Great family get away in new orleans

Joe has been extremely responsive. Property was exactly as described. Location was great to local eateries, especially District Donuts. The beds were fantastic! I dont always sleep well when away from home, but that wasnt a problem. Would definately recommend for a family that wants to experience new orleans!
