The apt is a one bedroom with a full kitchen, washer and dryer and walk-in closet. The property is 2 blocks from city park and 4 blocks from the fairgrounds and steps from the scenic Bayou. The street car and bus stop are 2 blocks away which takes you to the French quarter, uptown and all over the city.
