Great house awesome host. Everything was amazing. Very clean and very safe. You have to drive a bit to French Quarter but if you don’t mind a 10 to 15 minute Uber drive back-and-forth. It’s cool. Parking is a little tight but that’s about it.

House was very nice—well-appointed—good central location to everything—didn’t use the pool as weather was cool but hot tub was good! One drawback was that the house is on a busy street and only has on-street parking—that said, we never had an issue parking close and it was quiet inside even with traffic out!

Nice family home!

Love this house, it was very homey. It had a lot of usable things and had a lot of space. Beds were super comfortable. I would say I did find a bit of trash under cabinets and hot tub water had a green look to it, I’m not sure if it’s meant to look like that even though it was not slimy water. It did also have a bit of a smell but again I am not sure if that was from the hot tub cover. Other than that I love the house and over all I would come back to this same house.

Good place to stay in town

Home was nice but parking was not great and the area was a little rough. Neighbors seemed okay though so i didnt feel unsafe at all. Overall we enjoyed the property. My kids loved having a tv in the bedrooms, although we couldnt get the master or 1st bedroom tvs to stream so we didnt use those. Also couldnt figure out how to get the pool tv to work and the ice maker needs to be attended to as the ice was questionable. We loved the big tub and had a great few nights at the property. Pool was great and hot tub too, back yard pool area is private.

Hidden gem

Host gets back to you quickly. The property is very well kept. You are close enough to everything, but far enough away from the busy. Is I could give 10 stars I would.

New Orleans

Wonderful stay! First time in New Orleans for myself and my group! 5 guests and we all slept comfortably more than enough room. We did utilize the pool which was amazing! The only thing was location, we rented a vehicle (you can totally Uber) parking wasn’t bad.

New Orleans stay

House in general was in clean and very well stocked with supplies. Property was on a busy street poor parking and was in a rough area. Terrible Wi-Fi/cable service. And the 4th bedroom was small and misleading. It was a closet turned into a bedroom. No privacy for both parties in those two connected rooms. Pool was clean good size but to swim with the hose to the cleaner in the pool was very dangerous. Recommend to have a book on how to work the TV Wi-Fi stuff. What you expect us to take care of as a renter (rules) and leaving expectations.

Amazing house and location

We had a great time! The location is close to downtown. This was our first stay in a Vrbo home and we all enjoyed the house. We would definitely stay here again!

Cute house but was not in a safe area

The house was cute and clean but the walls and overall look of the house needed touch-ups. The pool and hot tub didn’t look appealing and did not look like the pictures. The host did not provide me with the information to check-in until I called at the airport. Also, being a group of young female tourists, the neighborhood did not feel safe.

Work needed

The house was nice, however, it is not a true four bedroom. Describing it as such is misleading. There were a total of 6 of us and we are all 50+. The closet conversion with the twin beds was not ideal for us. Some upkeep is needed, like painting of walls, there were also ripped and broken chairs. There was an issue with the hot tub and the front door. More outdoor chairs also needed. Lindsay was communicative and as stated it is a nice house, but it definitely needs work.

Weekend trip

The house is very nice and has all the amenities needed. Plenty of space and convenient location. We had a great time and no major issues. Communication was difficult the day of check in due to issues with the app/website, but we were able to figure it out.

Green Pool

Upon arrival the pool was neon green, I let the “host” (I use that term loosely) know and her response was “I’m sorry, I’ll send the pool guy today”. Our reservation was made 3 months before our arrival, so common sense would say to call the “pool guy” before we get there. Nothing was done with the pool until, at least, 24 hrs after our check-in time. When asked when the pool would be ready for use, I was never responded to. It was not usable during our 5 days on-site. When I asked about compensation, no response…. Big surprise. There was not wi-if offered, house is on a main road, in a sketchy neighborhood. Definitely DO NOT recommend this property. Could have had the same property without the pool for a portion of the cost. I’ve stayed in many rentals, this was the worst experience. House states it sleeps 8, but if you say more than 4, there is an additional charge per additional person, what a joke.
