The agent that checked me in was polite however I booked a king corner where you can actually see the superdome as the pics on the website showed . I was advised that it was not available .. I was offered a double queen and I declined ..I was then offered an Jr. suited after about 30 minutes or so I was tired and ready to shower and lay down so I said sure . This wasn’t the best room @ all and still wasn’t the view that I booked. I definitely wasn’t satisfied but had no other options . I understand it was a game next day because I was attending from 3 hours way . I still ultimately booked the room for the view . It’s not fair to get there and be met with the news of we don’t have this room ..

Food was great! Staff were very friendly. Rooms were clean. Only thing was the A/C was a little slow to cool and bathroom was small. We will definitely be back!
