The person that checked me and yawned the whole time he was checking me in. He was very dismissive. When I asked about my complementary bag, “he told me there is water in the room!” When trying to call downstairs for services, no one was available. we had to bring our own luggage up to the room because it was backed up for over 30 minutes for a mailman and we also were checking out. Great room/hotel! It was clean, very lively, and perfect location. Did not like having to pay $50 per day for parking, but I’m sure that’s typical in that area.

Thought hotel was on water, 1 block away requested river view got side of building. Beware 50.00 per day parking if you self park and 27.00 day resort fee?

My stay was less than ideal! I was in RM 1641 and the queen bed down comforters had MOLD. When I talked to the manager at the front desk. He belittled me by offering me a $30 meal credit when the breakfast buffet is $32/person. I have been an infection control rn for over 20 years and I know what MOLD looks like and the detrimental affects it would have on my already immunocompromised child and school age granddaughter. This is totally unexceptable. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY IN THIS HOTEL EVER.
