The staff was kind welcomed us back every time we came back into the building and great snack area. The building was extremely clean, and you felt very safe because it was necessary to use your key card to up and down the escalator and in the front door.

Everything Was Very Clean and Staff was very Nice. Except one waiter, during Breakfast, was very Off Putting. I didn't really care for his attitude. Overall, I had a relaxing overnight stay the night before my Cruise. I do recommend this location

When we got in our room the cleaning staff had failed to remove a dirty wash cloth that had been placed on the curtain rod. While we were getting ourselves ready for the day the entire building lost power for approximately 45 minutes making it hard for us to finish showers and morning hygiene. Staff was friendly and pleasant, valet staff stood out to us with their friendly attitude and good energy as they dealt with all their customers. Would must likely find a different hotel next time for multiple reasons
