Unwind in New Orleans at this pleasant apartment. This 500 square foot space features a large bedroom with sitting area and a fantastic living room with a comfy sofa bed. Located steps from Magazine St. This is the premier dining and shopping area in New Orleans. There are 15+ restaurants and 7 coffee shops within four blocks.

Shops include art galleries, high fashion and gift shops.

There is a brewery bus which stops at Port Orleans Brewery (3 block walk) and travels along the Tchoupitoulas St. brewery row.

Tipitina's music club is a short walk.

We look forward to hosting you at our place. We provide folding chairs for festivals and Mardi Gras.

Comfy & Convenient Uptown Home Away from Home

We really appreciated staying here and having an incredibly convenient base to enjoy Jazz Fest and get our kids moved out of their dorms. It was great to know we'd have easy parking and a comfortable bed in the heart of Uptown. I wish we had more time to fully take advantage of the proximity to Magazine and some interesting restaurants (as well as the home brews). We will definitely try to come back!

Best host ever

Brian was very thoughtful, helpful, friendly, and made us feel very welcome. I will absolutely stay at his place again next I’m in town! The listing is in a quiet, clean, nice part of town, walking distance from many shops and restaurants.

The Best Per Friendly Stay

They are so nice. They watched our dog (son) just cause they love pet sitting. The stay was great, with an amazingly clean bathroom and cozy room. Plenty of space for my wife and our 75lb Labrador. They went aboved and beyond for us!! Highly recommend

Perfect weekend spot!

We booked for two nights with our daughter for her birthday. It was perfect! So close to everything but just far enough away for quiet. Hosts are so kind and generous, it was really an overall great experience! We would definitely stay again
