Room was super dark and 2 lightbulbs are dead even though I requested for fixing it but no one ever comes. Pretty dirty overall as I can see hairs around easily. Key fob wasn’t working for one moment and I thought I stayed over checked out time at 9am and eventually I need to ask the front desk to unlock the door for me. Also the room door is not working properly as it needs extr force to open and close making safety a big concern. This hotel should be downgraded to 1 star.

The good: Nice location close to freeway and the mall, for a low price. The bad: The doors don’t seem to close all the way by themselves; our didn’t anyway and the door for the room next to ours didn’t close all the way either. You have to pull hard to make it close and lock. There was a gecko in our bathroom and I had to kill it. The shower was for a ADA room (and I didn’t ask for an ADA room) and it flooded the whole bathroom floor with water when I took a shower.

I pulled back the blanket to find little hairs all over the bed …and TV in the room didn’t work, they did gave us a new room. Then in the new room We were waken at 6:30 am with loud music from down the hall that went on until almost 8am. And plus they have roaches!!!!!!!!!!!! I would not recommend

The Hampton Inn was my favorite hotel to stay when I visit home. But this visit was not a good one. The first room the carpet was horrible. We were moved to another room down the hall. The wall rack feel off the wall in that room and we found a dead roach in the bed. I’m not one to complain but this visit wasn’t one of the best.
